Eugenia Urodnich advises renewables and high-tech companies on project finance, regulatory, corporate and construction matters.

Eugenia is one of the few Belarus lawyers with knowledge and experience with FIDIC contracts. She regularly advises clients on Belarus preferential tax regimes of investment activity. She has experience in negotiating investment agreements with the Republic of Belarus worth more than EUR 150m.

Eugenia has a unique background of consulting on all types of renewable energy. She has advised on implementation of green energy projects with a total potential capacity of 90 MW. Eugenia regularly contributes as legal expert to international assistance programmes on renewable energy (e.g. UNDP Programme "Removing Barriers to Wind Power Development in Belarus", EU4Energy Programme, research of the Energy Charter Secretariat on energy investment risk assessment (EIRA reports) etc.). She is a member of public advisory council at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Belarus.

Eugenia is also well-known in the Belarus start-up scene. She has been nominated for 3 consecutive years as Mentor of the year by Belarus business community BEL.BIZ.
